How do certain women remain so beautiful during pregnancy? That is a question that puzzled me quite a lot. During pregnancy, the female's body becomes a vessel for another small human being. The body neglects everything else for sake of providing the fetus with the nutrients he / she needs.  Beauty becomes less urgent and so the body neglects it.

So how come some women, models in particular, remain slim and in good shape even though they are close to giving birth? Take for example Nicole Kidman (Which I consider the most beautiful woman in the world). I saw pictures of her in late stages of pregnancy and you had to take a close scrutinizing look to realize she was pregnant.

The answer lies in following strict guidelines to nutrition in pregnancy. That is to sat, eating properly to make sure you do not gain weight beyond the minimum that is necessary. Models and movie actresses live under a strict diet constantly and pregnancy is not an exception. They eat only healthy food with the nutrients their body needs. At the same time, they avoid fattening food almost completely. It is not easy but who said that being beautiful does not come with a price?

And the price is not only avoiding certain kinds of food but also exercising on a daily basis consistently. Aerobic activity combined with a balanced diet will make sure you do not complete your pregnancy with unnecessary weight which you might find very hard to lose.
